The Leave module is a unified management system designed for fully digital planning and tracking of all types of employee leave. In addition to annual basic leave, the module also covers all types of additional leave.
Employees submit leave requests electronically through their personal accounts. The system automatically displays current leave balances, used days, remaining leave from previous years, and calculations according to the leave type. Once a request is submitted, notifications are sent to designated managers and approvers for confirmation.
Leave planning within the module is carried out in the form of an annual schedule. Annual leave calendars are planned in advance for each organizational unit, making workforce planning easier for managers.
Leave records for current and previous years are maintained separately. Operations such as carrying forward unused days to the next year, applying specific limitations, or replacing leave with compensation are executed fully in accordance with applicable legislation. Compensation calculations, payroll impact, and preparation of relevant orders are generated automatically.
