The Grading module ensures structured management of job levels, salary ranges, competency requirements, and career development paths within the organization. The module enables objective evaluation of employee positions across the organizational structure and supports the standardization of payroll policies.

For each position, a specific grade is defined within the module, along with the corresponding salary range, bonus opportunities, required knowledge and skills, competencies, education and experience requirements, as well as the level of responsibility associated with the role. This allows both the HR team and management to accurately define employee positions.

The grading system enables the establishment of a fair salary structure within the organization — employees within the same grade and category are subject to a consistent and standardized compensation policy. The module also supports career development maps, clearly showing which skills and performance outcomes an employee must demonstrate to progress to a higher grade.
