The Examination module is designed for the objective, fast, and fully digital assessment of the knowledge and competencies of employees and candidates. The module is used for internal assessments, pre- and post-training evaluations, as well as recruitment exams, allowing all processes to be managed centrally from a single platform.

The module enables the creation of various question types for different exams: open-ended and closed-ended. Questions can be created in unlimited numbers, categorized by topics and categories, and grouped by difficulty levels such as easy, medium, and hard. The score for each question and the exam passing threshold are defined by administrators. The system selects questions randomly based on predefined criteria, generating a unique exam version for each participant. Parameters such as time limits, calculator usage, number of questions, and access rules are fully configurable.

Exams are conducted through the dedicated DataTest platform. The platform works on both mobile and desktop devices, enabling real-time monitoring of exam progress and analysis of participant behavior. Closed-ended questions are evaluated automatically, while open-ended questions are assessed based on expert review.

Results are generated instantly and can be delivered to participants’ personal dashboards. The system produces comprehensive reports by topics, difficulty levels, and overall performance.

This module fully digitalizes the examination process, minimizes human intervention, and establishes a transparent and standardized assessment system within the organization.
