When calculating salaries, the system fully complies with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including considerations for lateness, overtime, night shifts, work on holidays and non-working days, substitutions, social insurance and tax deductions, allowances, and compensations.
One of the key advantages of the module is the fully automated delivery of payroll notifications (payslips) to employees. Payslips are automatically generated by the system and prepared individually for each employee.
In addition, all payroll deductions (tax, social insurance fund, unemployment insurance, mandatory health insurance, penalties, etc.) and payroll additions (bonuses, rewards, financial assistance, advances, fuel and other compensations) are recorded separately within the system and managed with full transparency. Recurring payments and remaining balances for both additions and deductions can be processed automatically.
Comprehensive reports on monthly payroll tables, calculations, expenses, additions, and deductions can be generated. All calculations are archived, allowing retrospective analysis for any selected period. At the same time, tax declarations and reports submitted to the statistics committee are prepared automatically.
