The Career Planning sub-module is designed for planning employees’ long-term professional development paths, assessing their potential, and preparing them for future roles within the organization. Based on the employee’s current position, skills, results, and competency level, the system enables automatic identification of a development trajectory.
The module standardly defines the criteria for progression to the next level for each position, including required skills, trainings, certifications, work experience, and performance results. This allows employees to clearly see their development paths, while enabling managers to manage career planning based on objective criteria.
The system supports the formation of an internal talent pool and automates the identification of high-potential employees. Data such as performance evaluations, attestation results, knowledge and skills tests, and training participation are consolidated within the module to create a comprehensive profile and provide a solid basis for career advancement.
The module also automatically generates career maps, showing step by step the next development stages starting from the employee’s current position. Based on this information, managers can effectively plan promotions, rotations, preparation for new positions, and succession policies.
The system also supports the creation of individual development plans for employees, defining goals, required competencies, and short- and long-term development tasks for each employee, with real-time tracking of task execution status.
