Staffing requirements for vacancies are created for different departments of the organization and, after approval through a workflow system, are announced internally and externally. Required skills, experience, and other criteria for each vacancy are precisely defined within the system. Candidates register on a dedicated platform integrated with the recruitment portal, create personal profiles, and upload CVs, diplomas, certificates, and other documents. Through the portal, candidates receive vacancy notifications, interview and exam invitations are scheduled, and results are shared. Application status, interview stages, and selection outcomes are tracked in real time, and interview stages are planned accordingly. For all stages of the recruitment process, the system automatically sends notifications, SMS, and emails to candidates, and these templates can be customized.
Job offers are sent to selected candidates and confirmed, and all documents related to the hiring process can be edited and customized for printing. The system ensures a completely paperless management process.
