The software allows centralized and fully controlled management of all employees’ personal, professional, and administrative information. This module, developed in full compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, enables the addition and tracking of employees’ contract details, personal data, previous work experience, skills, certificates, and other documents.
All types of documents used in personnel administration (orders, applications, official letters, etc.) can be edited and used in formats suitable for the organization for printing. Approval of all documents via SIMA and Asan Signature can be carried out easily and conveniently. Employees’ applications and orders are managed centrally, and it is also possible to execute orders in bulk (in table or Excel format). Individual approval workflows can be configured for all document types, organizational units, and employees. Many parts of personnel administration are fully automated, and the system operates without human intervention, ensuring completely paperless management.
The module enables dynamic creation and management of the organizational structure, including branches, subsidiaries, departments, divisions, sections, positions, and other management levels. The structure is automatically generated visually, and changes are applied across the entire system in real time.
It ensures automatic tracking of employees’ working time in compliance with legislation and can be integrated with biometric and other systems. Based on daily orders, working time data is generated automatically and serves as the primary data source for payroll calculations. Shift schedules, monthly norms based on the production calendar, and non-working days can also be defined within the system to ensure full management of working time.
